What to Expect When Visiting Cairo, Cairo Governorate, Egypt

Day 01:
Your guide will be waiting at the airport for you. Then you will be transferred with us to Cairo.
Travel to Sakkara in a comfortable air conditioned vehicle, Start your tour to visit Sakkara that is part of Memphis’s massive necropolis, See the burial site of the most ancient Noble Egyptians and the first pyramids build in Egypt, known as the Step Pyramids. You will continue your journey to Memphis; the ancient Capital of Egypt, to visit the colossal statue of Ramses II and the remains of, the still half-buried, Hathor Temple. Before travelling to Giza, you will also see the Sphinx of one of the pharaohs.
Enjoy lunch at local restaurant (included)
Travel to the Great Pyramids one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, enjoy a panoramic view of the Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus. Visit The Great Sphinx, the Valley Temple & many outstanding photo stops.
This tour includes a visit to the valley temple facing the great sphinx with an optional shopping tour at the traditional bazaars where you can purchase a range of traditional souvenirs.
Day 02:
After breakfast, your tour guide will be waiting in the lobby to take you to the Museum of Egyptian antiquities that includes King Tutankhamen treasures. Then you visit the Citadel of Saladin and the Mohammed Ali Alabaster Mosque.
Finally, you will be escorted back to Alexandria, where you will have the opportunity to take photos of the famous library of Alexandria and the lighthouse before being taken, by your guide, back to your hotel or airport.
