It is being built to be the world’s largest museum of antiquities, accommodating 5 million visitors annually. The museum is scheduled to include more than 100,000 artifacts from the Pharaonic, Greek and Roman eras , which will give a major boost to the tourism sector in Egypt .

The Grand Egyptian Museum opened the Immersive Tutankhamun Exhibition, through which visitors can embark on a journey with the golden King Tutankhamun, who dazzled the world with his tomb.
