Enjoy a 30-minute break, where you can stretch your legs, grab a refreshing drink, and experience a glimpse of local life.

At this iconic landmark in Luxor, ancient architecture reaches monumental heights, featuring stunning statues, grand columns, and the largest temple ever built—just a short distance from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The construction of Karnak Temple took over 1,000 years, evident in the rich diversity of art and architecture found throughout this Egyptian site.

Embark on a serene motorboat cruise along the Nile River, the lifeblood of ancient Egypt. Enjoy the breathtaking views of Luxor’s West Bank, dotted with ancient temples and tombs, and feel the tranquility of the river as you glide past. Savor a delicious local lunch at a Nile-side restaurant, where you can enjoy authentic Egyptian cuisine while soaking up the vibrant atmosphere.

The grand Temple of Hatshepsut, located at Deir el-Bahari, rivals the Pyramids as one of the ancient world’s remarkable funerary monuments. Built into the towering cliffs that border the Valley of the Kings, the temple rises in three impressive terraces linked by ramps, each level highlighted by a colonnade of stark, largely unadorned square pillars. This monumental site honors one of ancient Egypt’s few female pharaohs, who aptly called it the ‘Splendor of Splendors.’ However, much of the construction predates her reign, beginning with Mentuhotep II around 2050 BC. Many sphinxes and other statues have since disappeared, enhancing the temple’s monolithic presence. Inside, the cool stone provides respite from the harsh heat, revealing well-preserved wall reliefs and hieroglyphics, some in brilliant hues.

Discover the Valley of the Queens in Luxor, Egypt, on our guided tour, and uncover a lesser-known aspect of ancient history. This royal necropolis is where many wives, children, and family members of the pharaohs were laid to rest. Explore the tombs adorned with colorful paintings and hieroglyphs, and learn about the queens’ lives and stories. Our expert guides will offer captivating insights into the burial traditions and beliefs of the ancient Egyptians, making for a memorable and enriching experience.

Discover the exquisite craftsmanship of ancient Egyptian artisans at the Alabaster factory. Admire the intricate carvings and sculptures made from alabaster, a translucent stone that was highly prized in ancient Egypt.

Embark on your return journey to Hurghada, taking in the stunning scenery of the Egyptian countryside along the way. Make a brief stop for a rest before continuing your journey.

These two monumental stone statues, known as the Colossi of Memnon (Arabic: el-Colossat or es-Salamat), depict Pharaoh Amenhotep III, who reigned in Egypt during Dynasty XVIII. They have graced the Theban Necropolis for around 3,400 years, since 1350 BC, positioned on the west bank of the Nile opposite the contemporary city of Luxor.
