Abydos is one of the most ancient cities of Egypt and considered as one of the most valuable archaeological sites. Discover the Temple of Seti I with its well preserved, still partly colored reliefs, and have a look at the famous Abydos King List of the ancient kings who reigned before Seti. The List will start with Menes, the first pharaoh of the united Egypt, and end with Ramses I, Seti’s father. Except for some pharaohs that were to be banished from people’s memories, the list is considered to be a complete enumeration of Ancient Egypt’s rulers and therefore, a precious clue for Egyptologists
